Sara is responsible for corporate development and client engagement at KBB. Sara leads new client development and initiatives in banking, private equity hedge funds, asset management, law firms and other professional services firms.
She works with members to identify operational challenges that can be converted into opportunities for savings and efficiencies by KBB's strategic sourcing products, services, and discounts negotiated with key vendors. She works with clients to streamline business interactions, seeking optimal value in the vendor relationships that support clients' businesses to improve their business outcomes.
Based on her broad experience across financial services and technology, she seeks to encourage best operating practices across the KBB membership, including the development of new services rooted in technology, to maximize operating leverage in businesses that are by nature cyclical.
Prior to joining KBB Partners, Sara worked in senior operating roles in investment banking and in software businesses in both operating and financial executive positions. Sara began her career in M&A and worked as a banker for 10 years before she left Wall Street for roles in industry.
Sara received her MBA from University of Chicago Booth School of Business and BA with Honors from Williams College.
